Full Circle Cafe in Nelson

Good food... but food comes very very slowly. Waited over an hour for our food. Nobody apologized or checked in with us. Would have loved a heads up when we were sat that the kitchen was backlogged. Had a similar experience in the past but thought it was a one off. I am more convinced now there is some inefficiencies in the kitchen. I want to like this place more but it’s just not a very reliable dining location. No complaints with the food quality however.

Lovely restaurant and it is celiac friendly. Many gluten free options, and they are as careful as they can be in the kitchen.The food is delicious and fantastic.I would highly recommend it.

Lots of options on the menu but overpriced for what you get. Portion size of the eggs benny was average, but with sides much smaller than what I’d expect elsewhere for the price. Tasty but nothing that wowed me.

Nice spot for breakfast, great menu with lots of options. Very cozy atmosphere, quiet and feels private. Enjoyed the breakfast salad with sourdough toast.

Really tasty breakfast food! Stayed in Nelson for a stopover and ended up eating at this breakfast restaurant x2 because it was that good. The Spanish Hash was a favorite and overall was a great location to stop and eat on the Main Street.

The absolute best eggs benedict anywhere!! They are so large we split the order. Large windows so you can watch what is going on outside on the busy street. Good service.

Very cool location in side an old mall. Food was delicious, it felt homemade for sure.

Best breakfast place ever! I'm celiac and they accommodated me easily with lots of choices on the menu. Their hollandaise sauce is gluten free and my omelette was to die for. Everyone we went with really enjoyed their meal. Friendly service. I highly recommend.

Great food! I wanted everything. The owner was so sweet and really takes pride in his store. The whole staff was hustling trying to get everyone in with the covid restrictions. Every time I've gone I've waited about 30 minutes to get a table

Good service, tasty food but a bit overpriced. Went for lunch and had a herbivore wrap which was very good but friends had chicken club and for the price we all paid I think a side salad or fries should have been included not a separate cost. Most places include those with a lunch item.

This was easily the best eggs benedict that I have ever had. We ordered the florentine, and nanny's benny and both were amazing! I also got a latte and it was top notch. Be prepared for a bit of a wait as this cafe is well known, but know that it will be worth the wait! The service was friendly, and there was very little wait for the food. I will continue to recommend this gem to others. :)

Welcoming staff and wonderful food that is made fresh to order.. plus the windows that look out onto the main street of downtown. Magic

The food is really tasty, and is all freshly made. Good variety of meals. Drop coffee is good, and espresso is also available. Nice view of downtown Nelson. Service is a bit slow... had to ask a couple times for a coffee refill. Otherwise waitresses are courteous and kind.

Really great food and service. Small place but great food options, when the daily soup tastes so good you know some one is a good cook. Will come back again when in the area.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. All freshly made and nice choices (in addition to traditional breakfast) such as crab cakes and unusual omelette fillings. Great staff, people watching and prices.

Rather disappointed with this visit. I know the food can be delicious (which is the reason for the 3 stars). We showed up 30 min before the lunch rush and was told they needed to clear a table - although there were several clean tables visible. We waited outside for 15 min with several other customers before bailing and going somewhere that was willing to serve us.

This is a real gem we receive a warm welcome as you enter. This place is steadily busy which is always a good sign. The food was fantastic loaded with layers of flavor. The service was quick and very friendly. We would highly recommend this place.

Food was really good, staff were nice, only wish the portions we're a little larger. Maybe I am a glutton though!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed breakfast here around mid morning. We were seated by the window which was nice, to view baker st while dining. I had the eggs benny Florentine which was made perfect, and my boyfriend had the traditional eggs benny which was also good. Service was fast and efficient and our waitress was very nice.The reason for the 4 star is because we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, and someone who came in after us got seated first. We also thought the side potatoes that came with the eggs benny were a little dry and had little to no flavour. Overall we would visit this cute place again, as it was a good experience.

So nice, bright and airy with great food. Always popular with the locals, I can't remember when we didn't have to wait to be seated, but it never took too long at all. Very nice, friendly and welcoming staff.

Great spot!! Owner was very kind and the menu is plentiful from the basic staples to more creative options. Colourful and well presented, even for breakfast! Try the ranchero tacos and the CORNBREAD!! We are well travelled and I was very impressed with this gem- highly recommend!!

If it's a weekend morning, expect half an hour for seating and up to half an hour for the food. The eggs benedict is generally good, but the hollandaise can be bad. Of the last five bennies I've tried there, the hollandaise has tasted like cheese whiz twice. This comes close to ruining the meal. A real shame, because everything else I've tried there is good.

The food was excellent, the service was incredibly poor and slow.We went there on a Friday morning around 11, and even though there were 4 empty tables in the cafe, the guy said (tall, grey hair), that there is a waiting list and it might take 20 minutes. On his paper there were 8 people in front of us, but none of them were actually there, I guess they got tired of waiting.We finally waited 15 minutes, and by the time we got in, there were even more empty tables.After we ordered, the food came very fast at least.

One of the best places for breakfast in Nelson! Crab cakes and eggs are my favorite here but every thing here looks and taste good!

Stopped in for lunch, had chicken spinach wrap.Wife had the basil soup with multi grain toast. Both were excellent!! Next time we're up from Spokane, Washington we will definatley stop in :)

Two servers were on today for breakfast shift, half full restaurant, service well there was none!Neither one asked how our breakfast was, dirty plates sat in front of Us for ten minutes as they walked by.Portions are smaller, service is always poor.We never left a tip!Will never go back.

This is a great breakfast and lunch place, but be prepared to wait, since they're always busy. The food is good and service is fast. Delicious coffee too. I love their omelette options.

I hate wasting a meal out, especially breakfast. The food quality was a wee bit above average and the location is great but that's where the good part ends. Service was very slow and our server was just going through the motions. The coffee was disappointing and prices are high. Nelson has so much more to offer. Sadly, I can not recommend this cafe.

Always great food. Have been going here for several years and you can’t go wrong with the French toast. Like other reviews said the service can be a bit slow but not because of laziness, it just gets busy and that’s okay :)

Great spot for a classic breakfast

Ranchero breakfast tacos for the win. At first we didn't see this spot but we got in from the middle entrance. Food was amazing and the tea was spectacular.

Food was alright, nice they can accommodate a lot of allergies but the prices in menu aren't used and they charge me more than what was listed. When confronted they showed me the last sentence in the menu saying prices can change without notice. How do I know I'm not being charged more because they didn't like me or for the long weekend. If prices change that often get a menu board you can change on the go or update the dozen or so menus you even had. Two stars because the food didn't taste bad

We came early and missed the long line-up so were happy. Service and food were all great. Really casual spot and right outside the entrance there was an artist selling his work and we bought a few illustrated cards from him. Overall really enjoyed it. I had their veggie tofu scramble. Love how a lot of restaurants in Nelson are vegetarian/vegan friendly.

Food was decent, service little bit slow. Staff not overly attentive. Nice atmosphere and views of the town street. Restroom outside of the café a ways away with a special key.
